Amazing experience. Breakfast was fab!

The staff were professional. they helped with rides plus directions! they gave rides to great restaurants, the best sites and touristy things. the included breakfast was my favorite. There was great hot food which filled me all day. i traveled solo. i recommend this hotel to anyone headed there.
The air conditioning did not cool the room to feel comfortable. the reception informed us it was checked and functioning properly, but i don't think so. being a three star hotel, it was surprising. They don't provide a coffee kettle plus tea bags inside the room.

the reception desk staff were helpful. they offered useful recommendations for dinner and apps to download. they speak multiple languages, it's amazing! their support. the service rate deserves a high rating.

convenient locationcomfortable pillows
The location is quite convenient. The metro station is nearby and the Colosseum is within walking distance!!! The room included cotton bed linen and comfortable pillows.
The breakfast was a bit simple.

the room was clean. it had excellent air conditioning. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the food at the restaurant was quite nice too.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear people talking in the hallway. the shower was small and poorly constructed.
